Domestique Family Duathlon Series 2010 (Event #3)

Thursday, 22 July 2010

To all of you have taken the time to register for our race online,

It is with huge regret and disappointment that we inform you of the following, regarding Race Day 3, 25 July 2010 of our Domestique Family Duathlon Series.

It was brought to our attention on the 21 July 2010, by members of CGT, that the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit calendar is reflecting another function on the 25 July 2010, the date we had intended to hold Race Day 3 of our series.

We contacted Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit’s management and it has been confirmed that there was a double booking for this date and that our event would need to move to a later date.

The logistics of having to move an event with 4 days notice are incredible. We have therefore decided to cancel Race Day 3 of our Series. The 25 July 2010 will no longer go ahead at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.

There is a great deal of disappointment about this within our company and we offer our humblest apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience caused to you as competitors, spectators, sponsors and affiliates.

Race Day 4 go ahead as planned on the 15 August 2010, at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.

All competitors that have entered through Cycle Lab’s online registration process will automatically have their fee transferred to this Race Days registration. Please notify us via email: dave@domestiquesa.com if you would prefer us to transfer the registration fee back to you instead. Please send us your bank details and a request to have the EFT done. We will ensure that this is done within 3 days of you notifying us.

Again, our deepest apologies for this situation, we do not understand how this was allowed to happen.

We look forward to seeing you at Race Day 4 and the running events we have planned in October.

Our heart felt thanks to all of you who have entered our previous races, and those of you have taken the step to enter for the first time. If there is anything further that you would like to discuss from your side, please feel free to email too.

Regards,
Domestique SA Team
