Tuesday Morning Ladies MTB Ride
The slopes that
characterize much of the Table Mountain National Park makes it ideal for
awesome mountain biking right on our door step. Come & join other ladies for a relaxed ride under the guidance of Gary Marescia & Steve Bowmen every Tuesday morning.
Venue: Tokai Forest – meeting on the grass at the arboretum
Time: 7:50am
NB: Please bring along your wild card to get into the forest
Club Rules
I would like to remind you that Saturday club rides, is our Official Club Ride, which requires every member to wear their TOYOTA CLUB KIT
please. You may bring a friend along, as a guest, to get to know our
club, but continual 'free-riders' makes it very unfair to the paid up
club members.
Club Route- from Cyclelab Westlake:
Starting Time: 6.45am to be on the road 7.00am
Please ensure that you fit your bike with front and back lights as we approach winter season.
Long Route +/- 75km
Cycle Lab - Fish Hoek – Smits - Red Hill - Black Hill - Ou Kaapse Weg - Cycle Lab
Medium Route +/- 60km
Cycle Lab - Fish Hoek - Red Hill – Kommetjie - Fish Hoek - Boyes Drive - Cycle Lab
Short Route +/- 50km
Cycle Lab - Fish Hoek -Simons Town - turn Jubilee Square - Black Hill - Ou Kaapse Weg - Cycle Lab
Beginners course - if needed attendees to confirm by Friday 11th May.
Club Route-Cape Town: postponed until further notice.
NB: CLUB KIT MUST BE WORN for all club rides!
