Indoor Trainers are the perfect way to train in bad weather or at night. Training on an indoor trainer also lets you simulate a specific difficulty slope for as long as you want, so you can ride a 10, 20 or even 50km climb without having to go out and find one! With regard to the convenience, nothing can beat it. It is especially usefull during winter, rain season and for short, high intensity training sessions.
