The KEO Cleat is made from polyamide nylon for durability and weight saving, and uses Teflon toe and heel inserts to reduce pedal squeek. It's smaller and has a lower profile than most cleats, so it's lighter, while increasing the contact surface on the pedal to improve performance. KEO cleats also feature wear indicators to tell you when it's time for new cleats.
