The Ultegra pedal offers pro level performance without the "pro" price. Features include a low profile design that moves the axle closer to the shoe for better ergonomics and power transfer and a lightweight chromoly axle. The Shimano Ultegra PD-6700 pedals are built with an extra-wide platform that reduces lateral rocking for a solid interface. They also use a stainless steel pedal body cover that reduces lateral movement from wear, wide bearing placement for uniform load distribution, large binding target for quick engagement, and adjustable entry and release tension adjuster allows custom settings.
