The worst thing about riding in wet weather is the mud. Mud in your eyes, mud across your sunglasses, mud on your water bottle/camelback, and mud all over you! Not only is it uncomfortable sipping the gritty liquid out your water bottle, but it can be very dangerous when your vision is obscured by mud particles on your lens, or by getting painfully (and distractingly!) embedded in your eye! A stiff engineering grade plastic support frame is comolded to a softer more flexible material at the trailing edge to allow it to flex when bumped for greater durability.
