Shimano's PDM8100 Deore XT MTB Pedals have been specially developed for cross country use.  Their double-sided platform and widened shoe pedal contact area ensure that stability and power transfer is optimal. It has a sealed mechanism and cartridge axle make it incredibly durable letting you ride thousands of kilometres without a problem. The clip-in tension can be adjusted and has improved crucial connection points. These pedals can go the distance.
