32GI Endure can be used for pre-loading jyst beforw na event. Consume approximaty 60 minutes before the start of your event

During Events & Training
32G Endure can be consmed as a carbohydrate & hydration spors drink during any event or training session. It's best to drink to thirst according to hydration requirements. A 50g serving of Endure for a minimum of 2 hours.
