How to measure yourself
The Cadence Carbofuel carb supplement provides a rapidly absorbable isotonic carb formulation with a scientifically proven carbohydrate formula for rapid energy delivery. High electrolyte concentrations replace those lost during exercise and reduce the risk of hyponatraemia and exercise-associated cramping. Dosage Instructions: - Add 1 level scoop of CarboFuel Energy per 500 ml water, and stir or shake well. - Drink 500-600 ml each hour during intense exercise. - Do not exceed the recommended level of intake.
