- Add 4-5 level scoops (60 - 80g) of Long Energy per 750 - 1000 ml water, and stir or shake well.
- For intense sessions, you may mix up to 100g per 1L.
- For use before, during and after training sessions
- Drink 0.5 - 1.0L per hour
