The concentration of the solution and the volume per hour is influenced by the intensity of the event, climate, age, gender, weight, etc. - Isotonic solution: Dissolve 5 level scoops (50 g) or 1 sachet in 500 ml cold water. Stir or shake well. - Hypotonic solution: Dissolve 5 level scoops (50 g) or 1 sachet in 600 ml cold water. Stir or shake well. SECONDARY USAGE - Recovery: 500 ml can be taken within 30 minutes after exercise. - Other Octane can be consumed as a refreshing beverage whenever energy levels are low. Octane is suitable for oral rehydration.
