Biogen's L-Glutamine is an anti-catabolic amino acid, for use after strenuous exercise. L-Glutamine is an amino acid that prevents muscle loss through catabolic processes after a demanding taraining session. Without adequate levels of L-Glutamine, it is impossible for protein synthesis to occur. Research demonstrates that active muscles can benefit from a minimum of 2 to 5 additional grams of L-Glutamine daily making Biogen's L-Glutamine is the ideal recovery supplement to assist individuals after strenuous exercise. Dosage Instructions: - Dissolve ±1 teaspoon (2.5g) in a glass of water and drink immediately after exercise. - If required, dissolve a second teaspoon in water and drink 30 minutes before bed. - It is best to take Biogen L-Glutamine on an empty stomach to optimize absorption and functionality.
