The Promoters of this campaign are Cycle Lab (Pty) Ltd and MyCycleLife (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoters”).
2. Promotion Periods
This campaign has two promotion periods:
Priming Campaign Period: 30 October – 19 November 2025 (Pre-sale period where customers secure their “Jackpot Voucher.” Voucher will only become visible in the customer’s profile on 20 November 2025.)
Post-Purchase Gift Campaign Period: 20 November – 31 December 2025 (Main sale period where customers redeem vouchers and claim post-purchase gifts.)
The Promoters reserve the right to extend, shorten, or end either period at their discretion.
3. Eligibility
Open to all MyCycleLife members aged 18+ residing in South Africa.
Employees of Cycle Lab, MyCycleLife, and promotional partners are not eligible to win prizes.
4. Priming Campaign: “Jackpot Voucher”
How It Works
Between 30 October and 19 November 2025, customers log in to MyCycleLife to secure a Jackpot Voucher.
The voucher will only become visible on 20 November 2025.
Each customer may only secure one voucher.
Voucher gives customers a chance (not guarantee) to receive 100% off their in-store basket, capped at R20 000.
Voucher can only be redeemed in-store at participating Cycle Lab retail stores (excludes Cycle Lab Bike Parks & workshop-only outlets).
Voucher may be redeemed any time during the sale period (20 Nov – 31 Dec 2025).
How the Discount is Applied
If selected as a winner at checkout, 100% of the qualifying basket value (up to R20 000) will be deducted instantly at point-of-sale.
Any amount above R20 000 remains payable by the customer.
Outcome
When redeeming in-store, customers will either:
Receive 100% off (up to R20 000), or
Receive a spot-prize reward linked to the Post-Purchase Gift programme.
Once a voucher is secured, it cannot be changed or transferred.
Spot-Prize Rules
All spot prizes are issued as vouchers.
Customers can select their spot prize from:
The “Just For Me” section in their MyCycleLife profile, or
The SMS link they receive
Customers have until 31 January 2026 to select their spot prize.
Spot prizes are capped and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Unselected spot prizes after this date will expire and cannot be reissued.
Gift Qualification
Customers who redeem their voucher during the sale automatically qualify for a Pre-Priming Tier Gift.
They will receive an SMS within 24 hours with a link to select their gift.
Important Notes
100% off offer is a chance, not guaranteed.
R20 000 cap applies per voucher.
Voucher must be redeemed at participating Cycle Lab stores only.
Vouchers cannot be reissued or transferred.
Total prize pot and allocations are subject to availability.
Customers cannot refund a purchase after receiving their gift in order to use that gift on the same purchase
Gifts also come in the form of percentage discounts on bike services.
· Refunded purchases do not qualify for gifts, and the gift can be removed on qualifying purchases
· Any mistake when selecting the gift is irreversible, and the responsibility is on the customer to select the right gift they want.
· Any technical error in gift issuing can be revised by mycyclelife team
· Limits on gifts, and the gifts can change throughout the campaign.
· Gifts can be selected up until the 21st of Jan 2026, and all gifts expire on the 28th of Feb 2026
Once a gift has expired, they are no longer usable
5. Prizes & Fulfilment
Prize and gift fulfilment may be via digital voucher or in-store collection.
Winning prize vouchers will be issued to the customer’s MyCycleLife profile within 30 days of winner confirmation.
Vouchers are:
Valid until 31 May 2026
Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Applicable only to specified product(s)
Final once issued

Customers must ensure their mobile number is correctly captured at POS. Incorrect details may result in missed rewards.
Gifts are limited and selection is first-come, first-serve. Once selected, gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or changed.
7. General Conditions
Participation implies consent for promotional use of name/image.
All prizes subject to availability.
Promoters may substitute prizes of equal value where required.
Technical failures, POS errors, network issues, or data-capture errors do not constitute grounds for compensation.
Promoters’ decisions are final and binding.
Prizes issued only to verified MyCycleLife members who meet eligibility requirements.
8. Data Protection
Personal information is processed per POPIA and used strictly to administer the campaign and issue rewards.
9. Liability
The Promoters are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation or prize usage, unless required by law.
