We’ve partnered with Aramex Couriers to deliver your order quickly and safely, whether it’s local or international.
Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery methods, fees, and timeframes.
Door to Door deliveries
Free delivery on all orders over R2,000.
For orders under R2,000, courier delivery fees apply (R100 – R249 depending on your area).
Delivery takes 2–5 working days (usually 2–3 days).
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
Collection In-Store
You can choose to collect your order directly from your nearest Cycle Lab store.
This option is 100% FREE and ensures you can get your items as soon as they’re ready.
No cost – completely free.
Collect from any Cycle Lab store nationwide.
You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Great for saving on delivery fees.
Ideal if you want to combine your collection with in-store shopping or bike servicing.
PostNet Collection
Prefer to collect your order instead of waiting at home? With our PostNet delivery option, you can collect your parcel
from your nearest PostNet store at your convenience.
Only R59 flat fee for orders under R2,000.
Free delivery on all orders over R2,000.
Available at over 400 PostNet branches across South Africa.
Secure collection — no need to wait for a courier at home or work.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days (same as courier service).
Great for areas where courier delivery may cost more.
International Deliveries
We do deliver overseas! Since costs vary by country, all international deliveries are quoted individually.
Simply contact our online team with your delivery address and order details, and we’ll provide a quote and lead time.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your order, you can either contact us directly or visit your nearest Cycle Lab store.
We’ll provide a return waybill to attach to your parcel before sending it back. Please note that return delivery fees apply.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to Cycle Lab. We’ll get in touch with you to reschedule,
but extra delivery charges will apply for redelivery.
