Biogen's Cramp Care is made of up electrolytes that help in the prevention and cure of cramping caused by excessive exercise. Biogen Cramp Care provides your body with a perfectly balanced, full-spectrum electrolyte source, which makes it ideal for use during or after sporting events. 

Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and is necessary for normal nerve and muscle function. It also contributes to electrolyte balance and proper pH-balance.

 Dosage Instructions: 

 As a daily Supplement: 
Take 2 tablets before bed to optimise absorption.

 For use during Sports Events: 
Take 2 tablets 30 minutes before the start of the event and 1 tablet per hour of exercise thereafter to prevent cramping (especially when not taking an electrolyte containing energy drink or gel).

 For use after Sports Events:  
Take 2 tablets 30 minutes after the completion of the event, as well as 2 tablets before bed.
