How to measure yourself
The Sponser LIQUID ENERGY ULTRA is a tasty and high-energy carbohydrate-fat based gel made ultra-endurance athletes in mind that contains a blend of isomaltulose, glucose, sucrose and waxy maize starch for a staggered energy supply. In order to make the best possible use of the body's own energy systems, LIQUID ENERGY ULTRA not only contains different carbohydrate sources, but also vegetable fats from coconut, olive oil and macadamia. The MCT oil (middle chain triglycerides - medium-chain fatty acids) can be taken up directly via the portal vein and preferably metabolised in the liver. The MCT represents an easily digestible and readily available alternative energy source for athletes.
