The Scicon Aerotech Evolution X TSA Hardcase is a premium hard-shell bike travel case designed to provide maximum protection when transporting high-value bikes, especially during air travel. Built in Italy using a DurAbs high-impact ABS composite, this case is engineered to withstand heavy handling while keeping your bike secure and protected from external impacts.

This hardcase uses a Suspended Frame System (SFS) to hold the bike securely inside, reducing stress on the frame during transit. Packing is straightforward—typically requiring removal of the wheels, partial handlebar adjustment or removal, seatpost, and one pedal. It is designed primarily for road, triathlon, and cyclocross bikes, and includes dedicated compartments for wheels (up to 28 inch tyres).

Despite being a hardcase, it remains relatively practical to travel with thanks to eight 360-degree wheels, making it easy to manoeuvre through airports. The integrated TSA-approved locking system ensures security while allowing airport inspections without damage. With a weight of approximately 12.5kg, it strikes a balance between protection and portability for frequent travellers.
