Cycle Lab offers a range of secure and convenient payment options to make your online shopping experience simple and hassle-free.

Credit Card Payments

Payment via credit card on the Cycle Lab website is 100% safe. All credit card transactions are 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Lair) encrypted and secured with 3D security for an extra layer of assurance. Cycle Lab does not keep or have access to any credit card details.

Instant EFT Payments

You can securely pay via Instant EFT during checkout using Ozow.

1. At checkout, select Instant EFT as your payment option.
2. Select OZOW as your payment provider.
3. Select your bank from the list presented.
4. Log in to the Ozow portal using your internet banking credentials.
5. Select the account you would like to pay from. (If you only have one account, it will be automatically selected, and this step will be skipped.)
6. The automated process will navigate and populate the relevant fields on your behalf in the background.
7. Your payment will be processed instantly.

Ozow sends notification to Cycle Lab on the outcome of the transaction, and Cycle Lab will process your order immediately. There is no need to send proof of payment and no need to wait for funds to reflect in Cycle Lab's bank account.

Zapper Payments

Pay quickly and securely using the Zapper mobile payment app.

1. Select Zapper during checkout.
2. Open the Zapper app on your mobile device.
3. Scan the QR code displayed at checkout.
4. Confirm the payment within the app.
5. Your payment will be processed instantly.

Zapper offers a fast, convenient, and secure payment experience without needing to enter your card details manually.

Payflex

Payflex lets you choose to pay once-off or split your purchase into 2, 3, or 4 interest-free instalments. The most popular option is Pay in 4.

1. Select Payflex as your payment method at checkout.
2. Provide your ID number and Payflex will assess your application in seconds — no documentation required.
3. Agree to the instalment schedule and pay your first instalment. The merchant receives funds immediately and can start preparing your order for pick-up or delivery.
4. The remaining balance is split across up to 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks.

Float

Float is the better way to credit card — split any credit card purchase into an interest-free monthly instalment plan with no interest, no fees, and no sign-up required.

Float works with any existing Visa or Mastercard credit card.

1. Select Float during checkout.
2. Use the available limit on your existing credit card — no new account or application needed.
3. Choose to repay over up to 24 interest-free, fee-free monthly instalments.
4. Complete your payment securely.

Mobicred

Mobicred is a simple and convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online with participating retailers. Your Mobicred account allows you to make one single monthly payment for all your purchases with a revolving credit limit — allowing you to spend whatever you re-pay. You can qualify for up to R50,000 in digital credit.

1. Select Mobicred as your payment option at checkout.
2. Apply for a Mobicred account online, or if you're an existing customer, sign in to your Mobicred account.
3. Confirm your purchase.
4. Pay your Mobicred account via a monthly debit order. As long as you're making the required minimum payments, you can decide how long you need to settle your balance. You can also settle your balance sooner via additional EFT payments with no penalties.

WesBank Finance

With WesBank finance offering competitive rates, you can ride your dream bike in no time. WesBank is a finance application processed separately from the standard checkout.

1. Visit the Finance Options page
2. Select your nearest Cycle Lab store or choose Cycle Lab Online and apply.
3. A Cycle Lab representative will contact you to begin the WesBank approval process.
4. Once approved, your order will be processed and your bike prepared for collection or delivery.

Gift Cards & MyCycleLife Wallet

Cycle Lab Gift Cards begin with 9730 and MyCycleLife Wallet codes begin with 8720. To redeem your code during checkout:

1. Enter your code in the Gift Card or MyCycleLife Wallet section under Order Shipping Detail during check out.
   
2. Click the Apply button.
3. If there is an outstanding balance, choose an additional payment method.
4. Click Order and Pay Now to complete your purchase.

Voucher / Promotion Codes

Voucher Promotion codes usually follow the format XXX-XXX-XXX. To use your Voucher/promotion code:

1. Enter the code in the Apply MyCycleLife voucher section during checkout.
   
2. Select an additional payment method if needed.
3. Complete your order by clicking Order and Pay Now.

Please Note: Vouchers apply a discount (either a fixed rand value or a percentage) to the basket of products being ordered but do not reduce or remove shipping costs.

Momentum Multiply Vouchers

Momentum Multiply Vouchers can also be redeemed online and begin with the number sequence 9730.

1. Enter the voucher number in the Gift Card or MyCycleLife Wallet section.
2. Click Redeem.
3. Select an additional payment method if the voucher does not cover the full amount.
4. Click Order and Pay Now to complete your purchase.
