Payment via credit card on Cycle Lab website is 100% safe! All credit card transactions are 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted and secured with 3D security for that extra layer of assurance. Cycle Lab does not keep or have access to any credit card details.

We accept the following cards:

EFT

Payment can also be done by instant EFT. At the point of checkout, you will be given an option of credit card or instant EFT - if you select instant EFT, follow the steps below:

Select OZOW (formerly known as i-PAY) as your payment option during checkout.

Select your bank from the list presented.

Login to the OZOW (formerly known as i-PAY) portal using your internet banking credentials.

Select an account to pay from (If you only have one account, it will be automatically selected for you and this step will be skipped).

The automated process will navigate and populate the relevant fields on your behalf in the background.

Your bank will send you a form of payment authentication either by means of SMS, USSD Push message or In-App.

Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete.

OZOW (formerly known as i-PAY) sends notification to the seller on the outcome of the transaction and in turn, the seller will process your order immediately. There is no need to send through a proof of payment and no need to wait for the funds to reflect in Cycle Lab's bank account.

Cycle Lab Gift Cards, MyCycleLife Passport and EBucks:

Cycle Lab Gift Cards start with 9730xxx. MyCycleLife Passport starts with 8720xxx. eBucks start with 73xxx.

To pay for your cart using any of these payment options, please follow the below steps:

Enter the Code in the "Gift Card, MyCycleLife Passport or eBucks" block under step 3, ORDER SUMMARY.

Click on the blue Redeem button to the right to apply the Code to your cart.

If the redeemed Code does not cover the total cart value, and an additional amount is payable, please select your preferred payment option under step 2, Payment Method.

Click on the red Order and Pay Now button to complete your payment.

Promotion Codes

Promotion codes have the following format xxx-xxx-xxx. Not all promotion codes are redeemable online, if you are unsure about your promotion code, please contact us. To use your promotion code please follow the steps below: 

Enter the promotion code in the "Promotion Code" section under Step 3: Order Summary.

Click on the blue redeem button to apply the promotion code.

If the redeemed gift card does not cover the total cart value, and an additional payment is required, please select your preferred payment method under Step 2: Payment Method.

Click on the red Order and Pay Now button to complete your payment.

Momentum Multiply Vouchers

Momentum Multiply Vouchers contain a numeric sequence beginning with the numbers 9730xxx.

Momentum Multiply Vouchers are redeemable online.

Insert the Voucher Number, beginning with the numbers 9730xxx in the "Pay with Gift Card, MyCycleLife Passport or eBucks" block and click redeem button to apply your code.

If the redeemed Voucher(s) do not cover the total cart value, and an additional amount is payable, please select your preferred payment option under step 2, Payment Method.

Click on the red Order and Pay Now button to complete your payment.
