Biogen Electroylte  Citrus flavour Tabs are a refreshing boost to replace electrolytes lost during your workouts, games, or any other physical activities. Effiective and easy the Biogen Electrolyte Citrus Tabs are a  rehydrator and may help reduced exercise related muscle cramping.

-Potassium
-Vitamin B1 & B2
-Vitamin C
-Calcium 
-Magnesium

 Dosage instructions:  

-Adults: Add 1 effervescent tablet (5g) to 500ml water and wait until dissolved. 
-Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes during physical activity. 
-It is advisable to combine with a carbohydrate-rich drink/food when active for 90 minutes+.
-Can also be taken before or after exercise.
