However, during exercise you lose electrolytes through sweat, which have many important functions in the body. This is exactly where the PowerBar 5Electrolytes effervescent tablets come in. 


They dissolve into a high-quality, calorie-free sports drink containing the 5 electrolytes which you lose the most through sweat – it is ideal for basic endurance training or whenever you do sports, but do not want to consume any calories or sugars.

 Dosage Instructions: 
- Dissolve 1 tab in 500 - 750 ml water (According to taste preference)
- Drink approximately 200-300 ml 1 hour before sport
- Drink 150-200 ml every 15minutes during sport
- 1-4 tablets (for flavours without caffeine) and 1-2 tablets (for flavours with caffeine) per day
- Donot exceed the recommended daily intake. This food supplement should not be used as a substitue for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children
- Flavours with caffeine are not recommended for children or pregnant women

Delivery to your selected PostNet branch is calculated in business days and typically takes 3–5 business days from order receipt. Special-order items may require additional processing time; if so, this will be communicated to you. Deliveries are made to PostNet branches Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00. PostNet will notify you once your parcel is ready for collection.

Please note: Large items such as bicycles, bike carriers, and indoor trainers cannot be delivered to PostNet. Click and Collect
