How to measure yourself
Biogen's Real Cocoa Energy Gels provide a convenient and tasty, short-term energy boost solution, and is made using real cocoa for a great taste profile, with natural flavours and no added sucrose so there's no sugar crash during your ride.
Dosage Instructions: - Take 1 sachet/gel every 30 minutes during an event, also drinking 250ml water while consuming sachet. - Reduce intake when combining with other carbohydrate sources. NB: Dosage instructions according to supllier specifications:
