The Powerbar IsoActive Orange ensures that water and elctrolytes lost during sport are replenished. Furthermore, it provides a means for topping up energy levels before you begin and refueling during exercise with up to 90g carbohydrates per hour depending on intensity and duration of workout.

 Ingredients: 

- Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, minerals (sodium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, magnesium   carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), natural orange flavouring with other natural flavourings, concentrate (safflower,   lemon), beetroot juice powder.

 NB: May contain traces of soybeans and milk

 Dosage Instructions: 

- Add 2 level scoops (33g) in 500 ml water, and stir or shake well.
- Drink 200-300 ml one hour beore intense exercise.
- During Sport, it is rcommended to consume up to 90g of carbs per hour depending on intensity and duration.
- Powerbar's ISOActive also contributes to your carbohydrate needs with 29g per bottle.
