Dosage Instructions: - Enjoy one bar 15 minutes before an event. Then munch one every 90 minutes during and for as long as you like thereafter depending on your bodys requirements. Dont forget to hydrate! NB: Dosage instructions according to supllier specifications:

Delivery time is determined in business days. This is usually 3 to 5 business days after we have received your order. Special-order items may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. The delivery address is YOUR preferred daytime destination from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (08h00 – 17h00). Please ensure someone is at the selected address to sign for the delivery.
