Biogen's Electrolyte Plus is the best way to replace electrolytes lost during physical activity. It acts as a rehydrator to help reduce exercise-related muscle cramping.

 Key Features: 

- Potassium
- Vitamin B1 & B2
- Vitamin C
- Calcium
- Magnesium

 Dosage Instructions: 

- Adults: Add 1 effervescent tablet (5 g) to 500 ml water and wait until dissolved.

- Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes during physical activity. 

- It is advisable to combine with a carbohydrate-rich drink/food when active for 90 minutes+.

- Can also be taken before or after exercise.
