Biogen Electrolyte + Vitamin C 10 Tabs are a lifesaver after a hard day of exercise on the bike. It replaces the electrolytes lost through sweating, helping to prevent muscle cramps, fatigue and headaches. The added vitamin C protects the cells from oxidative damage and is involved in the formation of collagen, elastin and connective tissue. This is a great way to help speed up recovery and takes the drain away from those long rides
Dosage Instructions: - Adults: Add 1 effervescent tablet (5 g) to 500 ml water and wait until dissolved. Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes during physical activity. It is advisable to combine with a carbohydrate-rich drink/food when active for 90 minutes+. Can also be taken before or after exercise. NB: Dosage instructions according to supllier specifications:
