Dosage instructions: -Adults: Add 1 effervescent tablet (5g) to 500ml water and wait until dissolved. -Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes during physical activity. -It is advisable to combine with a carbohydrate-rich drink/food when active for 90 minutes+. -Can also be taken before or after exercise. NB: Dosage instructions according to supplier specifications.
