How to measure yourself
Biogen's Cytogen is an informed sport certified supplement. It contains no artificial colourants and is a multi-stage energy high-performance drink. Biogen Cytogen Race Mix contains a blend of moderate and faster-releasing carbohydrates making it an ideal endurance performance solution to help satisfy both immediate energy requirements as well as sustained energy for longer periods of exercise. In addition to the powerful, multi-stage energy release sources, important electrolytes, phosphates and amino acids are included to replenish what is lost during exercise and assist with recovery.
Dosage Instructions: - Recommended use: Dissolve ±1 slightly rounded scoop (50g) into 500ml water and shake well for an isotonic solution. For a hypotonic solution, which can be taken during the initial part of a race, dissolve ±1 slightly rounded scoop into 750ml water and shake well. - Endurance Sport: Take 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events. Start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to events, taking 2-3 sips every 10-15 minutes. - Other Sport: Take 200ml every 30 minutes during sessions longer than 90 minutes.
