Dosage Instructions: Serving Size Mix 2 Scoops (50g) with up to 750ml of water Carbo Loading 32Gi Endure can be used before an event to increase gycogen stores. Consume 2-3 bottles a day 2-3 days prior to your event Pre-Event or Training Loading 32GI Endure can be used for pre-loading jyst beforw na event. Consume approximaty 60 minutes before the start of your event During Events & Training 32G Endure can be consmed as a carbohydrate & hydration spors drink during any event or training session.
