 Dosage Instructions: 

- Take half a tube or one serving-sized sachet just before the start and then 1 tube (approx. 50 g carbohydrates) per hour.
- Consume according to thirst and needs thereafter. 
- During efforts lasting more than 3 hours, the dosage may be increased according to individual needs.
- This product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle.
