How to measure yourself
Powerbar's Ride Bar is for use either in your everyday life or when you play sport, and offers you an all in one snack that can support you through your daily activities. Containing carbohydrates, high-quality protein for your muscles and magnesium, it is the ideal companion for any active lifestyle. Dosage instructions: - Can be consumed as high protein snack for sustained muscle maintenance during the day - Consume 1 bar 1 hour before a workout or training session - It is recommended that you consume 90g of carbs per hour during a training session and 1 PowerBar delivers 25g/serving - Should be consumed as part of a healthy and a varied, well balanced lifestyle. Delivery time is determined in business days. This is usually 3 to 5 business days after we have received your order. Special-order items may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. The delivery address is YOUR preferred daytime destination from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (08h00 – 17h00). Please ensure someone is at the selected address to sign for the delivery.
