HIGH5's Energy Gel Aqua is a refreshing gel that has a consistency more like a sports drink so, unlike many other gels, you don't need to drink extra water with it. This makes it a good option for beginners who are trying out gels for the first time. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet delivers 23g of carbohydrate energy.

 Dosage Instructions: 
- Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
- You don't need to drink extra water with it but when exercising it�s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.

Orders are typically ready for collection within 3–5 business days after your order is received. Your order will be delivered to the store you selected at checkout. Please wait for confirmation from the store before coming to collect your order.

PostNet Collection:

Delivery to your selected PostNet branch is calculated in business days and typically takes 3–5 business days from order receipt. Special-order items may require additional processing time; if so, this will be communicated to you. Deliveries are made to PostNet branches Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00. PostNet will notify you once your parcel is ready for collection.
