The  PowerBar PowerGel® Original provides you with C2MAX in combination with sodium. C2MAX is a carbohydrate mix which contains a scientifically developed 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose sources.

 Dosage Instruction: 

- During sport, it is recommended to concum 90g of carbohydrates per hour depending on intensity and duration. 1 PowerGel delivers about 25g of coarbohydrates
- Consume 1 pouch with water every 20 - 45 minutes during exercise
- For flavours without caffeine: consume 1-4 poches per day. 
- For Flavours with caffeine: 1-3 puches per day
- The caffeinated versions have a high caffeine content (122mg/100g), and is not suitable for childre or pregnant or breast feeding women.
