The Ride Energy Bar contains the optimal amount of carbohydrates to give you that all important energy kick to push your though, high-quality protein for your muscles and magnesium to replensih those electrolyte stores. It is the ideal companion for any active lifestyle. Key Features: - With carbohydrates and 10g of high-quality protein per bar - With magnesium to support a normal energy metabolism - No artificial colours or preservatives - Suitable for vegetarians Ingredients: -Chocolate flavoured coating (20%) [sugar, palm and shea fat, fat-reduced cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, protein enriched whey (milk), emulsifiers (soy lecithin, polyglycerol polyricinoleate)], caramel filling (15%) [glucose syrup, palm fat, sugar, sweetened skimmed condensed milk, dextrose, emulsifier (soy lecithin), rapeseed oil (fully hydrogenated), salt, natural flavouring], humectants (maltitols, glycerol), glucose syrup, soy crisps (soy protein, starch, salt), invert sugar syrup, oat fibre, peanut pulp (3,7%) whey protein (milk), milk protein, soy protein, peanuts (3,6%), peanut flour (3,5%), inulin, maltodextrin, magnesium carbonate, salt, emulsifier (soy lecithin). NB: May contain traces of nuts.
Dosage instructions: - Can be consumed as high protein snack for sustained muscle maintenance during the day - Consume 1 bar 1 hour before a workout or training session - It is recommended to conume up to 90g of carbohydrates during intense and taxing traning sessions. - Should be consumed as part of a healthy and a varied, well balanced lifestyle. Delivery time is determined in business days. This is usually 3 to 5 business days after we have received your order. Special-order items may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. The delivery address is YOUR preferred daytime destination from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (08h00 – 17h00). Please ensure someone is at the selected address to sign for the delivery.
