How to measure yourself
The Cadence's Classic Energy Gel is a scientifically optimised formula for rapid energy delivery. With its combination of matodextrose and fructose, it offers as scientifically validated formulation for maximum energy delivery. Additional sodium and potassium replace lost electrolytes, prevent hyponatraemia and may prevent cramping. Caffeine and taurine improve mental alertness, boost exercise performance and reduce muscle damage.
Dosage Instructions: - Consume 1 gel each hour during intense exercise when used in conjunction with Cadence Nutrition Classic Energy drink or Cadence Nutrition Marathon drink. - Alternatively consume 3 gels each hour during intense exercise, combining each with 250 ml of water.
