Benefits and usages: Great tasting, lower glycaemic index bar for training and snacking Ingredients List: Gluten free rolled oats, Puffed rice, Pumpkin seeds, Dried Apple, Desiccated coconut, Pecan nuts, Almond butter, Coconut oil, Honey, Glucose, Date Syrup, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Vanilla seeds, Salt Directions and dosage: Consume 1 bar every 60-90 minutes during training OR consume 1 bar every 3 hours in combination with other Cadence Nutrition products as directed on the product page. The Balanced Energy Bar can also be used as a snack.

The delivery address is YOUR preferred daytime destination from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (08h00 – 17h00). Please ensure someone is at the selected address to sign for the delivery.
