How to measure yourself
Biogen's great tasting energy gels will give you the energy boost you need, allowing you to perform better, for longer. The real salted honey flavouring is made with natural flavours and no added sucrose, for a great taste profile without the sugr crash afterwards, keeping you alert and in control throughout your entire ride.
Dosage & Direction - Take 1 sachet every 30 - 40 minutes during an event, also taking 250 ml water with every sachet. - Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources. - Optional: Take 1 sachet 30 minutes prior to an event/training session, and another 2 - 3 sachets afterwards (if no additional products are used beforehand and afterwards for recovery). Delivery time is determined in business days. This is usually 3 to 5 business days after we have received your order. Special-order items may take a little longer which will be communicated to you.
