Dosage

(Loading Phase): For the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 4-5 times daily with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink. (Maintenance): After consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 1-2 times per day with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink. During loading and maintenance, one serving should be taken before and/or after training. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.

Hydration is important when taking this product, remember to drink at least 10  12 glasses of water per day.

Warnings

Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18. Only effective when combined with high intensity exercise.
